Essar to expand its Vadinar refinery capacity

Essar Oil will increase its Gujarat’s Vadinar refinery capacity from 10.5 million tones to 16 million tones by the end of 2010. Thereafter it will be India’s third largest refining company after Reliance Industries and Indian Oil Corp. Moreover, this expansion is expected to result in $3 more on processing of every barrel of crude oil.
