The scam-hit Satyam Computer Services ( now Mahindra Satyam) has been facing several class action suits against it in US courts which could result in a heavy penalty. It could also face action by the US SEC. Indian government has requested the US authorities not to take any action against the IT company as it would amount to punishing shareholders of the for the second time.
